There are a lot of people out there trying to visually explain information they have obtained through data. They are using their own skills and tools to display the story they want to convey.

We have compiled a list of designers and design studios who are sharing the best new ideas to improve the way we tell stories.

Formerly the Graphics Director at Bloomberg Businessweek, she mixes illustrations, pictures, graphics and editorial design skills to tell stories and entertain the reader.

[Nicholas Felton](https://twitter.com/feltron?ref=interhacktives.mymagic.page) is an information designer based in New York City. He’s the author of several Personal Annual Reports, which visualize information about his life. He recently launched the Reporter app, which allows you to easily collect data about your own life and visualise it in the same way.
